David is the Food Lead for Menter Mon, leveraging his expertise in local supply chains, sustainable food partnerships, and vertical farming.

He is currently focused on the Larder Cymru Foundational Economy project and the Welsh Food for Schools programme, aiming to create opportunities for Welsh food and drink SMEs to supply the public sector.
