Welcome to the Exhibitor Registration Page for the Business Wales Expo: Meet The Buyer Events! To participate in these fully-funded events, you must be a buyer in Wales with live opportunities and be willing to share your pipelines in advance so we can match you with suitable SMEs. Please note that completing this registration form does not guarantee a spot at the Expos. These events specifically target the foundational economy, focusing on buyers with opportunities in sectors such as construction, healthcare, retail, transportation, logistics, food production, food supply, utilities, waste management, education, and more.

Only 2 staff are permitted on each stand due to space available.
There is no limit to the number of attendee registrations so if you require more staff to attend the event then these can be registered as attendees later.
Further details will be sent out to all exhibitors when attendee registrations open.

Pipeline Opportunity Information
Please add your pipeline opportunities below.
You need to select a Pipeline Category using the Common Procurement Vocabulary Codes (CPV Codes) below, and add an approximate value of the opportunity.
These will appear on the event website on your digital exhibition stand page and will also be advertised to attendees registering with the same CPV code classification.
Having pipeline opportunities is a condition of attending this funded event. You must enter at least one now to complete your registration but don't worry you can log back in later to add more if you don't know all the details now.
