What is the NWCP?
The Framework is managed by the North Wales Construction Partnership. The first Collaborative Framework in the region, created jointly by six North Wales Local Authorities, and hosted by Denbighshire County Council, the Framework was established to deliver value for money and the benefits associated with a long-term collaborative relationship.
